We aim to supply goods in a cost-effective and reliable way.
All local taxes, customs duties, and collection fees are payable by you and will not be considered reasons for the return of goods. Some off-road and rural deliveries may incur extra costs.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that these purchases are for your own use.
Delivery Charges & Target Delivery Times

All deliveries are sent via POST HASTE couriers and tracked. Delivery can generally be expected within 2 working days from the day after placing your order. Please allow an extra 2 days for rural addresses.
Tracking times are target delivery times only and are not guaranteed.
Returns
If you decide to return goods after placing an order:
- You are responsible for the cost of the original freight to you and the cost of return shipping.
- A refund will only be issued for the goods once they are received, inspected, and confirmed to be in resellable condition.
- We recommend returning items with track and trace, as no refund will be given if the package is lost.
Refunds will only be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
